Servicedesk employee Traineeship in Amsterdam

You will follow an intensive two-week training which will be your first step towards a successful career. During this short traineeship you will be trained to become a service desk employee. You will be given the opportunity to achieve certificates for LPIC-1, CCNA and CCNE certificates. The perfect start to your career in IT!
In this function, you are the link between the client and our specialist technicians. You will communicate in English. It is therefore of the utmost importance for you to be able to speak English fluently. In addition, the business offers its clients 24/7 service, which means you will be working flexible hours.

What we are looking for
• You have completed a level 4 mbo education (vocational education).
• You have demonstrable affinity with the IT industry.
• You have good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Having experience with Linux would be an advantage.
• You have a flexible attitude.
• You are available for the traineeship in August.
• You have a driving license.
