What are you going to do:

As a Receptionist/Office Management Employee (m/f/d) for our client, a global leader in orthobiologics, your main responsibilities are:

  • Reception: answering the phone, welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional and friendly impression of our client
  • Manage the inbound mail (post) of the shared front office mailbox and divide within the office
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and beverages
  • Receiving and supporting guests (transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.)
  • Keeping the office clean
  • Scheduling taxi for external guests or visiting executives
  • Ordering and arranging lunches for internal meetings
  • Supporting the orders of all internal Business cards

What we ask:

  • At least finished high school
  • Fluent English skills both written and spoken, Dutch is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
