Arabic Speaking Customer Service for Facebook/Google Ads in Portugal

Are you native Arabic and fluent in English? Do you have at least 1 year work experience in sales? Are you looking for a similar position yet more challenging for your future career development? If the answer is yes, then GREAT! We are now looking for an Arabic speaking customer service agent for Facebook or Google Ads in Lisbon.

40 uur per week
Tussen €1.000 en €1.500 Per maand

What are you going to do:

As a customer service agent, you will act as a “business advisor” to develop the next logical practice that is appropriate for the partner’s needs and business model. You will provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels - chat, email and phone. Interestingly, you will be assigned to work for Facebook or Google Ads projects!

What we ask:

  • At least finished mbo
  • At least 1 year working experience in a customer service and sales related role
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
  • Able to adapt to business environment to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Flexible and quick learner!
