As Management Trainee you will be part of the Marketing and Sales Team for the Business Unit “Architectual Coatings”. In this position you will be able to get to know the Architectual Coatings business and will have a strong link with Sales and/or Marketing. This position is a great opportunity for a high potential in a dynamic and international environment with various opportunities to further grow within the organization.

Business analysis
- Provide the best accurate market data
- Use different analysis tools to prioritize our approach by sub-segment and by country

Support grow initiatives
- Be the central point between national and regional sales management and sales director
- Facilitate the tracking of business growth

Voice of the Customer
- Set up customer satisfaction survey
- Lead and coordinate execution
- Provide accurate reports to support leadership team.
- Minimum university Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent business study with max. 3 years of experience
- Leadership potential
- Good command of English and Dutch
- Experience with MS Office, advanced Excel skills
- Analytical
