The company

This fast growing fintech company is offering convenient, safe and worldwide payment solutions. They remove barriers for companies of all sizes to compete on equal terms. It is one of Europe's well known companies. You'll be working from home or at the office in the centre of Amsterdam. You can start right away and will be working 40 hours a week for at least 2 months. 

The job

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and energetic recruiter/talent acquisition specialist. Your objective is to efficiently and successfully coordinating high-volume interview activities, reviewing incoming applications and conducting first round screenings. 

Your tasks:

  • Manage the recruitment operations in close partnership with the recruiters and interviewers;

  • Make sure job descriptions are up to date and shown on job boards;

  • Work with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the scheduling process;

  • You will be the first person candidates meet and provide the best possible candidate experience;

  • Maintain the ATS (Lever) by ensuring that all information is up to date;

  • You will support with screening applications and conducting interviews for entry-level positions;

  • You will help with headhunting and building strong talent pools for customer support positions;

  • Coordinate interviews for high volume roles (onsite and video conference)with speed and efficiency.

What we ask:

  • Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau; Bachelor degree;
  • 1 year of experience supporting recruitment activities/entry level recruitment OR 2+ years experience in a customer support setting;
  • You can start asap;
  • Detail oriented, problem solver and self-directed;
  • Fluent in English.
