What are you going to do:
Our client is an online fashion outlet and one of the fastest-growing Dutch brands, offering top quality clothing for great prices. Big brands such as Scotch & Soda, G-Star and Asics sell their products through this platform.
As a parttime German-speaking quality tracker (home office), you will evaluate the quality of service of the customer agents who serve the German market. Your tasks include checking phone and emailtraffic and tracking and documenting your findings. Based on your work, the company will implement change.

What we offer:

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- You speak and write German fluently;
- You have an excellent level of the English and/or Dutch language;
- You are detail-oriented and can work well independently;
- If you have previous experience with using Excel, it's a plus!
