To advise and challenge executives with regard to the full range of HR/employee matters regarding the interpretation and application of HR tools, regulations, programs and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, development, retention, termination, etc.) Deliver the most effective short and long term management of human resources in line with business objectives and organizational guidelines combining the people, organization and labor market point of view. (Pro-actively) define HR tools & policies in line with the global strategies and incorporate them in local operations.
this will be a position for 6 months, with a potential prolongation. In this 6
month period you will be responsible for the more difficult projects.
