Functieomschrijving

As a Business to Groups Representative at KLM you will be dealing with all the questions from travel agents, tour operators and individual clients. The tour operators are offering trips for large groups, leading to a diversity of questions that you will be dealing with. For example, questions regarding flight times, baggage loss and current information about the destination. Furthermore, you must be able to think in a commercial way and decide the best possible outcome for the tour operators. The questions that you will be answering will be either in English or in French. You will be making sure that every expectation of a client will be exceeded. This will increase the involvement with and the customer satisfaction of KLM.

Wat wij vragen:

  • You need at least a College+/University level degree or MBO+/HBO level degree;
  • You are a very enthusiastic and creative writer;
  • You have experience with customer service;
  • You have a lot of empathy and are extremely service orientated;
  • You have affinity with KLM;
  • You are fluent in English and French, speaking and writing;
  • You are immediately available and able to start October 1st.

Important: Due to that this position will be mainly in English, it is mandatory to be fluent in English writing and speaking. Therefore, it is important that we receive your motivation letter in English. The procedure at KLM will also be in English.
