Affiliate Manager in Amsterdam

Social Booster is searching for a dynamic and commercially driven Affiliate Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the development, deployment, and optimization of the affiliate and partner strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of affiliate and partnership KPI's, supporting the delivery of acquisition and retention targets. You will be the main point of contact for all day-to-day market related affiliate and partnership activity and will be responsible for the delivery of market results.

Main responsibilities:

 

• Recruit new affiliates by researching and initiating new interactions
• Develop and maintain relationship with existing affiliates
• Negotiate with new affiliates and closing an agreement
• Ongoing negotiation on the deal condition
• Oversee and supervise all accounts
• Learn your publishers’ "business objectives", "business model" and strive to maximize those objectives
• Daily analysis aiming to maximize KPIs

 

Main requirements:

 

• Degree in Marketing, Business or any other relevant field
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
• At least one year demonstrated work experience in the online industry as an Affiliate Manager  or as a Media Buyer
• Strong background and knowledge of the global online marketing industry
• Strong analytical skills
