Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills ,  experience and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Main Requirements

• BA/MSc in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter within a Forex or Marketing company will be considered as a major advantage
• Fluency in English verbal and written is a must
• Fluency in Dutch will be considered a huge advantage
• Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage 
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
