Full-time English Inbound Sales in Utrecht

What are you going to do:

Our client has a mission to give a positive contribution to the quality of life of people with dementia and adults with intellectual disabilities. In order to do this, they focused on selling special board games for the mentioned target group.

As they are now growing to become more international, they are looking for a full-time English inbound sales agent. Your main roles mainly:

• Inform customers about the company, their games, and the price structure via email and telephone.
• Send out quotes and arrange invoices to customers.
• Keep on track of the customer’s sales flow with a CRM system.
• Provide follow-up and support for our marketing team.

It is important that you are emphatic and always willing to understand the needs of care workers and residents in care homes. 

For this role, you will be working at their office in Utrecht and you also have the flexibility to work from home.

What we offer:

• A full-time based employment for 6 months and potentially longer;

• A salary in between 13-14 euro per hour.
