Have you always been interested in collectors items and the stories behind it? Become a French customer support agent for an online auction platform.

What are you going to do:

The online auction platform you would be part of is the fastest growing in Europe. Items such as special vehicles, jewellery and watches, books, liquor, coins that are being auctioned, are all carefully selected by over 240 experts. Buyers are presented with the best, rarest and most valuable items.

As a customer support agent you are responsible for the French speaking customers. You are in contact with the buyers and sellers of the platform via phone and email. With the large variety of objects auctioned on the website, no enquiry or question is the same. Fortunately, you are adaptable, customer-oriented and always want to get to the bottom of the problem. A disagreement between the buyer and seller? That's where you jump in to find the best possible solution for both. You play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and making sure the customer returns in the future.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • You have experience in dealing with customers (hospitality, customer service, tourism sector etc.);
  • You speak and write French fluently (C2 level) and you have a good level of English;
  • You are available to work full time (40 hours);
  • You are based in the Netherlands and available asap.
