Where are you going to work?
As Full time Planner for an IT-Consultancy agency in Utrecht you will be placed at one of the clients of Accenture. They are a leading provider in digital cloud services. Through their different projects they prepare their customers for the digital world.
What are you going to do?
You are responsible for the planning for your consultants, of which administration is one of your key tasks. You are also the main contact person for your own team, and you will have meetings with project managers and other consultants. Your day-to-day tasks consist of evaluations of resources, ensuring a smooth transition between consultants and costumers, support HR in tasks such as recruitment and training, and work with planners from other regions to coordinate assignments. The position can also be seen as a spinoff from project management.
Who are you?
You are able to work under pressure, and you can quickly shift between tasks. Because this function has a broad range of responsibilities, you are flexible, secure, and you know when priorities need to be considered within your work. You have a proper understanding of the IT environment and some IT skills are needed, for example a good grasp of MS office products.
You are available to start immediately for 40 hours per week, and have to be located in the Netherlands! The gross hourly salary is between €14 and € 18,80 depending on your experience.
