What are you going to do:

You will be working as a restaurant supervisor at one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in Amsterdam. The hotel is located in the middle of the center. They exude a modern approach to luxury through fresh, refined rooms and imaginative spaces inspired by Dutch design. You will be working in a close team where hospitality and enthusiasm are keywords.

WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY BE DOING AS A RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR?
As a Restaurant Supervisor you are responsible for providing the most unique dining experience in the area, leading your team to success together with the Restaurant Manager. You are responsible for knowing your guests and their preferences. You need to ensure you and your team provide the ‘wow’ factor to all of them when they are eating and drinking with you. You need to ensure they receive a heartfelt welcome and make sure everything is just right and exceeds their expectations. You need to work with your teams to bring that personal touch to their visit.

You’ll make sure the restaurant and bar areas are in pristine condition, everyone is welcomed with a personal touch, their drink is served right and their food is mouth-watering.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
  • You have demonstrable work experience as a supervisor/shift leader in the Food & Beverage industry;
  • You speak and write fluent English and you have good communicative skills.;
  • You’re able to work under pressure and you have a great eye for detail..
