What are you going to do:

As a Dutch-speaking HR Generalist, you will work for the largest chemical company worldwide. BASF has over 111,000 employees and operates with their products in almost all sectors and countries. In this position you would work at HR Services EMEA in the Service Hub Berlin of BASF. You can go regularly to the office or do the position remotely within Germany - it's up to your preference.

As a Dutch-speaking HR Generalist, you are responsible for providing a high-quality service to the internal employees in the Netherlands or in Belgium. The HR Service will mainly include tasks about Personnel Administration and Inquiry. You will organize the monthly HR processes, log them into the HR system and keep the legal conditions in mind.

Besides that, you will also be in contact with the HR Locals in the Netherlands or in Belgium and join for internal projects to help the European HR Teams with your best practices.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • You have experience with the MS Office applications. Knowledge with IT systems, especially HR-tools like SAP is a nice-to-have;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of English;
  • You live or want to move to Germany;
  • You enjoy working in a team, also internationally, and can communicate with different target groups;
  • You like to organize things and guarantee a good service to customers and local partners;
  • You have a proactive personality and like to share your ideas and knowledge with others.
