What are you going to do:
In your role as a Senior Compliance Investigator in Amsterdam, you will be in charge of analysing all data related to compliance or to payments in one of the largest mobile banks in the Netherlands. The company is customer oriented and values sustainability and efficiency the most! The work environment is international, so the main language spoken at the office is English, of course. The company has three different locations: Amsterdam (HQ), Rotterdam and Arnhem.
Within this role, you actually have the opportunity to choose between becoming a compliance agent or a payment investigator. In both jobs, you are expected to have a senior level to help out your colleagues and to train people. For example, knowledge about payment transaction of compliance within the banking industry.
Your main role will be to analyse and optimize the payment processes and create recovery solutions. You will expand your knowledge to investigate in mainly transaction dispute cases and practice it in an international working environment. In addition, you will work together at the headquarters in Amsterdam.

What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- Problem solving skills and being a critical thinker;
- Fluent English (other language is a pré);
- An eye for detail and willingness to work in an international environment;
- Experience within a similar role (Payment investigator or Compliance agent) for at least 2 years).
