Do you speak fluently German and do you like the automotive industry? Then start as a customer support agent working from home!
What are you going to do:
As a German customer support agent, you will be engaging with German customers on a daily basis to help them with any questions they might have about the products. You will reach out to the customers through phone, mail or online to share information about the companies products or services. Challenging? Yes, but at your start you will receive a complete three-week training (Monday to Friday from 9:00 until 17:15 o'clock) (remote) where you will learn everything you need. After that, you will be able to work flexible shifts between 9:00 and 21:00 o'clock.
The company operates on the market for many years, is specialized in EV mobility and recently opened a brand-new Customer Engagement Center in Almere.
