What are you going to do:

As a German Customer Care Agent in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for the after-sales experience from Veloretti’s customers. This includes general inquiries, questions about the order, and assisting with the right accessories. As you identify yourself with Veloretti, and together with your great communication and listening skills, you will be a successful German Customer Care Agent in Amsterdam. You are confident with handling difficult situations and don’t hesitate to take the initiative. Since changes happen fast, your tasks aren't limited to the typical customer service ones.

Founded in 2011, Veloretti has the mission to transform the way we are getting around in the city. Since then, they grew a lot and meanwhile hold a portfolio of bikes for the whole family – this includes both electrical and classical bikes. They aren’t affordable only, they also come along with a modern design and simple but innovative technology. The company is informal and very agile, so you can always bring in your own ideas and changes happen fast! Also, the team is one big family and will give you a warm welcome.

What we offer:

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
  • You are fluent in German and English, Dutch is a plus;
  • Motivation and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Experience in start-ups or scale-ups beneficial;
  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
