Work from home as a German-speaking Customer Engagement Agent

What are you going to do:
As a German-speaking Customer Engagement Agent, you will engage with German customers on a daily basis and help them to resolve their issues regarding their products or services via telephone, email and/or chat. During the call, you will identify their needs and evaluate the nature of the call afterwards. As a German-speaking Customer Engagement Agent, you are also responsible to do routine inbound and outbound call centre activities concerning the business products/services, and provide the customer with appropriate information and get all necessary information from the customer to update the database.
You are passionate about sales, and are interested to spend your working day interacting with customers; a nice feature that comes in handy during your work as a German-speaking Customer Engagement Agent! In addition, you enjoy supporting a premium international automotive brand like Smart from Mercedes-Benz.
What we offer:
- A permanent full-time or part-time contract, according to your preferences;
- A gross salary of €17,50 per hour;
- The possibility to work completely from home or at our offices in either Almere, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Tilburg;

What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- Willingness to interact with clients and provide them with excellent customer service;
- Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions;
- C2/C1 level of German and -B2 Level of English language is a requirement;
- For the training, you will need to be available up to 3 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:15 pm;
- Target orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
