What you'll be doing as Online Marketeer:

• Content creation based on personas you'll design.
• Writing texts for mailings and ads, sending mailings with segmentation, and creating the corresponding (optimized) landing pages.
• Develop a thoughtful B2B social media strategy and create engaging posts according to your strategy
• Developing and setting up campaigns to generate more (and better) leads and nurture them to sales
• Analyzing your campaigns or expressions to adjust the marketing strategy accordingly
• Proactively come up with innovative ideas to improve our marketing results, and execute them.
• Collaborating with other colleagues within the Marketing team and our international teams including Sales and BIM specialists.

Who are we?

We are an inspired group of fanatics who believe that designing and building can be more efficient with sustainable buildings as result. With that goal in mind, we develop advanced tools for BIM (Building Information Modeling). With BIM all stakeholders can work together more effectively because all information is stored in one integrated 3D (data) model, which can be used from design to maintenance. Worldwide we reach the top 100 construction companies and architectural offices with our model validation software BIMcollab ZOOM integrated with BIMcollab Cloud for BIM issue management. A team effort we are really proud of! Additionally, we are a distributor in the Benelux of the BIM design software Archicad. We always score 8+ in client-satisfaction surveys.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor's degree level.
• You master a professional level of English and you live in the Netherlands.
• You are eager to learn and are interested in the broad aspects of marketing.
• You are proactive in coming up with (creative) ideas to make things a little better every day.
• You are analytical and know how to decipher and anticipate data to a certain extent independently.
• You are able to think on a strategic level as well as carry out operational tasks. Switching between long and short-term goals comes easily to you.
• You are able to work out plans, as well as to come up with pragmatic solutions.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
  

It would be great if you: 

• Have experience with SEO, SEA, social media, and/or marketing automation.
• Speaking Dutch and/or German is an added bonus.
• Have past experience in an international scale-up company within B2B.
