Following our launch on the Belgian market, we are looking for colleagues to help customers in Wallonia.
As a customer service representative you are the first point of contact for our (potential) French-speaking customers in Belgium. You will assist customers on a wide range of product- and delivery related questions via phone, email and other channels such as social media. You will also collect feedback to continuously improve our service. 20% of your time will be dedicated to webcare (dealing with customers reports on social media - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). Innovative ideas that contribute to improving the customer contact through this channel are highly appreciated.
It is very important that you are capable of putting yourself in the situation of the customer. What do they really want?
