Wat ga je doen?

Your most important responsibility is to make sure that the shop you are working for, is the customer’s first choice. You accomplish this by offering the best customer service, while answering calls and e-mails. You will assist our customers whenever they want information about orders, deliveries and/or payments. You will answer questions concerning both the online shop and our stores.

  • Native French language skills both written and spoken;
  • Very good English knowledge so you can communicate with your colleagues;
  • To be yourself and not afraid to make mistakes;
  • You are already living in the Liège/Aachen/Maastricht Area;
