Temporary Spanish Communication Executive for hospitality platform in Amsterdam

Wat ga je doen?

Currently we are looking for a sales wonder who is ready to face new challenges. You will be involved in the communication with customers from all over the world, with the aim of attracting the top 250 accommodations from each country to register on the website. During the conversation, the goal will be to activate the accommodation-holders to gather reviews from guests. The conversation will consist out of informing the accommodation holder about the service of the employer, the benefits for them, explaining the possibilities, and possibly explaining the registration process. After the initial phone conversation, you will also have to conduct a follow up conversation.

We are looking for a candidates that are fluent in both English and Spanish. Experience in Customer Service or a commercial call centre is preferred but not a must.
