What are you going to do

Our client is looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to help them conquer the European online MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) market. They aim to drive a behavioral change within their target groups and force a shift to online purchasing. This requires creative ways of reaching their potential customers and to convince them to purchase online!

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to help them set up Account Management for their most valuable customers. A unique opportunity to build meaningful and lasting relationships and define the new concept of Account based marketing in an e-commerce environment. Since this is a new role in the company you have plenty of freedom to define your own role and have a meaningful impact on the future of this company.

What we ask:

  • HBO+
  • Preferably relevant work experience in sales, as an account manager or similar experience
  • Commercial driven, passion for relationships and sales
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset
  • Preferably affinity with technical tools and part
  • Enjoy using data to make decisions and results & delivery focused
  • Native Flemish speaker and fluently in English
