Senior Front-end developer wanted for YoungCapital Headquarter in Hoofddorp

We are looking for an autonomous, critical Sr. Front-end developer, who actively wants to contribute to the enormous growth we will achieve in the coming years.
What are you going to do:
As a Senior Front-End Developer, you balance the creativity and functionality of all of our 20 websites.
What do you do in concrete terms?
Improving usability & performance of our websites;
Every 2 weeks, you provide a working functionality for our websites;
You work with a multidisciplinary team of UX designers and programmers;
In addition to your own specialization, you will learn to perform all the tasks in the team;
You set your own priorities with your team and Product Owner. You get immediate feedback from end users and get plenty of jobs to experiment;
You use the right tool for the job. We do not adhere to the choices that are made.
You work with a driven team on challenging deadlines. There is always budget for a good idea.

What we ask:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar position;
You are home in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, VueJS or similar;
You'll see cross browser / device testing as your second nature;
You do not work with divs or tables, but you're completely at home in responsive web development;
You are familiar with SEO;
You are flexible, independent and have a sense of responsibility.
Knowledge of developing for mobile devices (with Cordova) is a pre;
The knowledge of UI design in, for example, Sketch of Photoshop is also a pre;
