English Brand Ambassadors needed for Adidas GLITCH in Amsterdam!

What are you going to do:

As an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador, you will be the main contact partner for the British customers for adidas GLITCH, Adidas' brand new football soccer boot concept. This shoe is only available through the Adidas'app and is individually customized by each customer. The GLITCH app will help you assure our customers and ensure an unforgettable football boot experience.

  • Help and support our customers by means of the app in the live chat and by e-mail
  • Provide a great customer experience
  • Update the database after each customer contact
  • Handling customer requests in a creative and original way
  • Find and communicate with your Team Leaders on new ways to improve the service level

  • You are a team player: proactive, creative, flexible and able to multitask.
  • You can start in Amsterdam on September 11th.
  • No experience is required.
