Parttime job as a administrative assistant for data entry in Hoofddorp
Interested in learning more about a Medical Devices company, now is your chance! We are looking for a new colleague to fulfill the role of data entry with excell skills for 16 hours a week. Watch out: You are not in the role of a Customer Service, it is more administrative.
What are you going to do:
You will update a manual for the use of an app for a medical device.
Your main duties will be:
- Assistance with updating technical files;
- Monitoring the outsourced app support;
- Additional help with writing the FAQ;
- Maintaining and entering information into database;
- Helping with creating and archiving reports.
We're looking for someone to help us from July - February for 16 hours per week. We prefer workdays on tuesday and thursday (or friday).

What we ask:
- Minimum wo level or equivalent ability
- Perfect English speaking and writing skills.
