What are you going to do:
The bank you will be working for is a mid-sized European bank established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands since 1990 and serves to retail, corporate and institutional clientele. They offer financial solutions to their customers and counterparties in the areas of trade and commodity finance, cash management, private banking, treasury, and structured finance, while maintaining multi-product relationships with local and global financial institutions around the world.
You will be
working in the Customer Service Department of the Retail Banking Division. The
main focus of the department is to supply a satisfactory customer experience
and facilitate their interaction with the bank. The department is also
responsible from keeping correct and up-to-date data of the customers. The
Junior Officer is expected to take an active role in these tasks and work in
coordination with other team member.
Your daily activities (e.g.):
- Answer product and service related questions;
- Assist new customers for online account opening process;
- Assist customers in internet banking usage;
- Suggest process enhancements based on customer questions;
- Participate in process enhancement projects;
- Prepare daily business reports;
- Have a good knowledge of product conditions, internet banking functionalities and website information;
- Comply with internal policies.

What we ask:
- You have an HBO level of thinking and working;
- You have 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial sector;
- You are Fluent in English AND Dutch;
- You have good communication skills both in verbal and written;
- You are service minded and a solution provider;
- You have a good command of MS Excel;
- You are available as soon as possible!
