Student Job Client Advisor (French native) part-time Adidas GLITCH in Amsterdam

What are you going to do:

As an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador, you will be the main contact partner for the French customers for adidas GLITCH, Adidas' brand new football soccer boot concept. This shoe is only available through the Adidas app and is individually customized by each customer. The GLITCH app will help you assure our customers and ensure an unforgettable football boot experience.

Your tasks:

  • Help and support our customers by means of the app in the live chat and by e-mail
  • Provide a great customer experience
  • Update the database after each customer contact
  • You process customer requests in a creative and original way
  • Together with the team leads, you are looking for ways to improve the service level

What we ask:

  • No minimum education required
  • You are a Native French speaker, with excellent grammar and spelling
  • You enjoy dealing with people and are service-oriented
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of the French football market is better
  • You are stress-resistant and resilient
  • You are a sports lover, passionate about football, and have strong communication skills
  • ou are empathetic, service-minded and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the customer's expectations
