Use your Scandinavian language skills in a customer service job in Maastricht

We're looking for Danish or Swedish speaking candidates with an affinity for social media and customer service. Is your native language Danish or Swedish? Do you like helping people with their questions? Do you want to make sure the clients of Mercedes-Benz all have a big smile on their faces when they get off the phone with you? Then this might be the job for you!

35 - 40 uur per week

What are you going to do:

At Mercedes-Benz you'll be working in the customer service center, where making an effort to listen to the customers is very important. You will get to know their “likes” and “dislikes”, you will try to understand their interests and concerns, who they are, what they care about and what they do. To be able to offer them the help they deserve.

Day to day, Mercedes-Benz shares their passion alongside their 30+ million fans, whether it is a product inquiry, complaint or simply appreciation. Mercedes' #BestFans can chat via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and many more channels. 
You will provide excellent assistance in 2 or 3 languages to our customers and dealers of well-known Daimler brands like Mercedes-Benz, AMG, smart, Setra and Mercedes me.

The Mercedes-Benz customer service center is open from 08h30 to 21h00, Monday to Sunday. This means you will be working flexible shifts.
