What are you going to do

Customers with issues concerning Adobe products are coming to you. You are their helping hand when it comes to advice giving and problem solving. As a customer service representative Adobe you are also able to offer customers with pirated products new and good working software. You want to show some sales-skills? That is great! Customers who want to cancel their subscriptions? You are the one trying to retain them!

Do not be afraid when you are not very-well known with Adobe products! The 5-week fulltime training makes you the new Adobe-expert! After this training you are able to handle every single question asked by the customer. Doubting a question? There is your team willing to help you! Are you customer friendly and do you have a commercially mindset? Become a austomer service representative Adobe.

Adobe is lookig for a candidate who ones these technical skills:

·     Computer skills: Windows OS, Mac OS:

·     Tools knowledge: CRM system, affinity with Adobe products;

·     Typing skills: At least 130 strokes per minute, accuracy of 80%.

 

Start date: 14-10-2019

What we offer

  • A fulltime paid training on product information and general communication skills;
  • A 7-month fixed contract (24 - 40 hours a week) with the possibility of extension;
  • Traveling expenses are covered if you live more than 10km from the company;
  • Work in an international environment for a large company.
  • A competitive salary of 9,51 bruto per hour (or 10,07 if bilingual) + 8% holiday allowance + 22 vacation days (based on a 40-hour work week);
  • Work from monday to friday.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
  • Native Spanish or Portugese speaker who is also fluent in English;
  • Living in the area of Maastricht (max. 50 km);
  • Preferably some work experience in customer service or sales;
  • A commercial attitude and service oriented.
