Customer Service representative French native for Adidas GLITCH in Amsterdam
Are you articulate, interested in sports and dynamic? Are you still searching for the ideal job? Our client, Cygnific is looking for motivated customer service representatives (part-time or full-time) to join their Adidas GLITCH project. You will be the main contact person for the French customers using Adidas GLITCH, Adidas' brand new football soccer boot concept. What are you going to do:
Your tasks:
- Help and support our customers through live chat and via e-mail
- Provide a great customer experience
- Update the database after each customer contact
- Process customer requests in a creative and original way
- Together with the team leads, you are looking for ways to improve the service level

- Minimum high school level or equivalent ability
