Fulltime French speaking Customer Service representative for a webshop in Breda

Wat ga je doen?
“I put in an order last week, but it hasn’t arrived yet” or “I forget my password and for some reason I can’t reset it. Can you help me?”. These are just a few of the questions you might receive as a full-time customer service representative.
These question come to you by phone and email and are mostly from French-speaking customers. Your job? Helping the customers in any way you can. For example, by resetting their password or answering their questions. Do you receive a complaint? Then you’ll remain calm and reassure the customer that the problem will be solved as soon as possible.
But that’s not all. While doing your job, you’ll receive loads of feedback from customers. How things can be done better or which problems or questions you keep hearing over and over again. As a full-time customer service representative you’ll pass these suggestions and feedback to your supervisor.
Training
Don’t have any experience as a full-time customer service representative? No worries. Before you start with your new job, you’ll follow a 5-day training program. During this training, you’ll learn all the ins and outs of the customer service branche. Plus, you’ll get the know your new company better.
Working hours
You’ll work full-time (40 hours per week), from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. Would you rather work part time? No problem. We also have a vacancy for a part-time (French-speaking) customer service representative in Breda.
Wat wij bieden
- A job as a full-time customer service representative in Breda;
- A gross salary of € 9.20 per hour (22 years and over), which can increase over time to € 9.35;
- A complete reimbursement of your travel expenses;
- Relevant work experience at an international e-commerce business;

Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau;
- You have at least a secondary vocational education (mbo4)
- You are fluent in French. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
- You have great social and communication skills, are always looking for the best possible solution and never let a business opportunity pass you by.
