What are you going to do:

Our client is a leader in customer service and one of their clients is world’s largest power tool producer, which is in search of native Belgium French or Flemish speaking customer service employees.

As a customer service employee you are expected to be service oriented, friendly and able to find timely and accurate solutions. It is an inbound customer service duty where you should be able to answer questions about products, as well as handle problems and complaints. During the phone conversation you must be able to collect the right information to accurately help the customer. You will participate in team meetings and additional training. You share your achievements with your colleagues to stimulate and encourage everyone.

We are in search of employees who are available for 40 hours a week from the 9th of December. You will start with a training to learn everything about the products and the brand. The working hours are from Monday till Friday starting from 9.00 am until 9.00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm. We are looking for various availability, including weekends and holidays.

What we ask:

  • Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
