As Czech/Slovak-speaking Customer Service Employee for our client's large international webshop, you need to be passionate about communication. Furthermore, you need to be thoughtful and interested in providing the best possible solution for customer inquiries.

What are you going to do

As Customer Service Employee you will be responsible for providing our client's customers with appropriate responses via phone, email or chat. Furthermore, among your daily tasks are:

  • Carrying out administrative and organizational tasks
  • Handling returns and claims 
  • Organizing refunds

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
