What are you going to do:
Cendris Customer Contact is a call center for many different projects. At this moment they are looking for new customer service employees for Hunkemöller!
When you are a customer service employee for Hunkemöller, you are always ready to help customers with questions. Thereby you will be answering questions on the phone, by e-mail and by chat. The questions can be about any topic regarding Hunkemöller, but mostly it will be about: payements, orders and deliveries. You are thé person with knowledge about the organisation, so you can help everybody perfectly. All the calls and e-mails will be answered in Danish or English, so it's a must that you can switch quickly between the languages. Besides that, it's a must that you can speak and write in Danish and English.
Training:
To help all the customers at your best, you will get a payed training! In the training you learn all the ins and outs about Hunkemöller. They will prepare you to the fullest so you can help everybody with the finests answers. In the training you will learn all the information about Hunkemöller, but you will also learn social and communication skills. The rest of the training will be very practical, with the spirit: you just have to do it!
Opening hours:
The opening hours are monday till friday from 09:00 am - 19:00 pm.

- Your gross salary is € 9,33 per hour, when you are 22+ years old;

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability 3
- You are ready to start and at least 28 hours available;
