For the duration of 4 months (maternity leave) we are looking for a: 

Temporary Fulltime Office Support Coördinator

You will be responsible for a scope of duties that will include: 

  • Assisting and guiding applicants through J1 visa process
  • Visa coaching calls with applicants
  • Being the go-to person for candidates and visa sponsor
  • Perform international reference check calls
  • Assisting career consultants with administrative tasks and providing support to candidates
  • You will be involved in the prescreening and selecting process of hospitality applicants from around the world 
  • Various admin tasks such as handle phone calls, create and update SOP’s and create weekly management reports and meetings 
  • General office matters such as inventory, suppliers, maintenance etc.

Working hours Monday-Friday 9.00-17.30h.

What we ask:

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to read, write and speak English fluently.;
  • Graduate in hospitality/ tourism / HR - affinity with hospitality;
  • Our office language is English - Dutch language is plus;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • A "Can-do" attitude; good sense of responsibility.
