German-speaking team coach wanted for a fashion conglomerate in Maastricht!

Do you know how to truly motivate and coach people? Are you customer-focused and in touch with the latest fashion trends? Are you fluent in German? Then this is your dream job! For a large, international fashion chain, we are looking for a coach for the customer support team. Curious to find out more? Be sure to read on!

Beschrijving

In the call centre of this fashion chain you will be one of the team coaches managing a customer support team (15-20 people). You are the go-to person for any questions they may have. You are there for all team members and you are easily approachable. Your enthusiasm in the workplace motivates all!

In addition, you will check the work schedules on a daily basis and allocate tasks. You ensure the team can fully focus on the questions or complaints of the customers. The employees are your main focus and you will help them fulfil their potential. This includes providing feedback on their performance. You will also conduct assessment and development interviews and pass on the results to the Team Coach Manager. All of which is aimed at providing the best possible service to the customer!
