WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT
The position belongs to our business unit Swarovski
Lighting which is producing and distributing finished, decorative lighting
products for our two lighting brands, Swarovski and Schonbek. As the Key
Account Manager Europe North you will report to the Director International
Markets and you will be responsible for building-up effective, long-term
relationships with selected retailers, resellers and contract partners in the
UK, Benelux and Germany.
IN PARTICULAR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Build-up and
develop long-term business relationships with retailers, resellers and contract
partners in the designated territory to reach mediated revenue targets.
- Promote the
Swarovski as well as the Schonbek brand and consult the customers on the two
- Research the
market to identify prospective key accounts and to provide feedback on local
market specifics to the management.
- Travel throughout
the assigned territory to visit existing and prospective customers.
- Plan, forecast and
report on account-level on a regular basis to the management.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You possess very good
communication skills in English as well as in German
- You are strong in
building relationships with customers and you know how to create win-win
situations in negations
- You are willing to drive the business to success with
a hands-on, structured and focused attitude and have a strategic approach to
the local market
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree
- You have related
experience in a retail environment and in selling lighting products and / or a
- You are willing to travel 80% of your time
