As a commercial employee internal service for this company, you are responsible for handling service and sales calls in the Business Development Center (BDC) over the phone and in the near future, through chat and social media channels.
In the BDC, you proactively manage the online journey of customers and you know how to build a real relationship with the customer. This journey is about providing customer-focused sales and service to drivers, for example, by scheduling maintenance and MOT appointments with a dealership, as well as offering loyalty programs for excisting vehicles.
Is the lease contract of a customer about to expire? Then you can discuss the customer's options regarding which new model could be driven out of the showroom. Additionally, you can approach potential customers and thanks to your passion for cars, you can talk with them in order to build a true customer relationship and point potential customers in the direction of the showroom of their local dealer.
