Functieomschrijving

As a commercial employee internal service for this company, you are responsible for handling service and sales calls in the Business Development Center (BDC) over the phone and in the near future, through chat and social media channels.

In the BDC, you proactively manage the online journey of customers and you know how to build a real relationship with the customer. This journey is about providing customer-focused sales and service to drivers, for example, by scheduling maintenance and MOT appointments with a dealership, as well as offering loyalty programs for excisting vehicles.

Is the lease contract of a customer about to expire? Then you can discuss the customer's options regarding which new model could be driven out of the showroom. Additionally, you can approach potential customers and thanks to your passion for cars, you can talk with them in order to build a true customer relationship and point potential customers in the direction of the showroom of their local dealer.

What type of person are you?

  • You are able to build up (long term) relationships with consumers. You will also have a significant passion for cars and are able to strike up conversations with a good dose of courage;
  • With your knowledge of cars and your unique way of communicating, you are able to achieve service and sales goals.

  • A good basic hourly salary, plus an additional project bonus;
  • Workhours: 8 till 20.00h, from Monday till Friday;
  • Once you have worked for Xerox for six months without any problems, you will be given a contract;

  • You are customer-oriented, service-oriented and therefore able to detect sales signals;
  • You are interested in the person behind the customer or prospect;
  • You need to have achieved at least a level 4 in vocational secundary education for working and thinking;
  • You are easily able to handle (outbound) calls;
  • You have good communication skills and are a good listener;
  • You have a strong affinity with cars in general;
  • You're available to work 24 to 40 hours a week;
  • You have typing and language skills for chat and social media activities;
  • You're travel distance from Almere is max. 1 hour;
  • You speak French or Vlamish fluently.
