What are you going to do:

As a fulltime technical support employer, you are going to work at the aftersales. As a technical aftersales employer in Eindhoven, you will be responsible for managing and improving the overall after-sales process in Europe (The Netherlands and Belgium mainly). As the first point of contact for customer claims, you will play a vital role in assessing and investigating technical claims, including conducting customer on-site visits when necessary. Collaboration with various teams, such as sales, quality, and product management, will be essential in providing fast and cost-efficient solutions to customer problems. You are going to clients and see the problem by yourself.

As a fulltime technical support employer, you will also work closely with the Quality team at our headquarters in China to enhance product quality and manage risk. Operational management of rework actions and spare parts maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities. You will cooperate with the product management team on technical issues and contribute to new product development. 

A key aspect as in your position as a fulltime technical support employer in Eindhoven is documenting and reporting technical complaints and after-sales statistics for all product categories, as well as monitoring failure rates in the market and implementing responsive actions. Finally, you will provide regular transparent financial overviews to management, ensuring clear visibility into the financial aspects of after-sales operations.

You have good technical skills, and already have demonstrated experience in aftersales; a perfect skill to have for your work as a fulltime aftersales representative in Eindhoven! In addition to that, you are driven and speak fluent English.

• A salary between €3.166 - 3.333 per month based on work experience (excluding holiday allowance) and a travel allowance;
