For their European
head quarter in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, they are looking for an
enthusiastic Administrative Officer who will
support the EMEA HR team.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Support and book travel request of our employees for the Netherlands and UK;
- Administrate and maintain invoices on our internal finance system MRO;
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data;
- Car fleet administration.
