Start as Dutch Customer Service Employee for ANWB in Munich

What are you going to do:

As Dutch Customer Service employee in Munich, you will be the hero for stranded ANWB travellers in Germany. If their car breaks down on the Autobahn, you will be the one they will ask for help. They will call you in Dutch, and you do everything in your power to save their holiday. This starts with calming the caller. Then you ask specific questions to get a good picture of the situation. Check? You try to find a solution as fast as possible. Whether that's arranging a tow truck or booking a hotel stay. You call with local companies and garages (in German or English), keep the traveller informed and sort everything out to perfection.

Training and starting date

You will learn exactly how to do your job as Dutch Customer service employee during a paid, two-week training course. Here you will learn everything about what your job entails, the internal systems and the services offered by ANWB. The training is on-site in Munich, right before you start work. This can take place on 27 May 2024. You will then work until 25 August 2024.

Working in Germany

Your accommodation in Munich will be arranged by ANWB. Your rent is € 400 if you rent or have a mortgage in the Netherlands. If you do not rent or have a mortgage in the Netherlands, your rent will be € 800 per month. 

Working days and hours

As a part-time Dutch customer service employee in Munich, you will work 32 hours per week. You will work these hours from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:30. Each week, you will be scheduled flexibly. This gives you time to explore the city. If you work more than 32 hours, you will be paid 125% per hour you work more than 32 hours.
