What will you do?

As an Operator at NSF Games in Medemblik, you will be responsible for operating the punching machine. No experience? No problem, they are happy to help you with an induction programme. As long as you are technically skilled. You carefully follow the production instructions and planning to ensure that the machine performs optimally. By setting up the machine according to the production orders and die drawings, you ensure that the orders are executed accurately. You constantly monitor quality and intervene where necessary to correct any deviations. Troubleshooting is also part of your duties, as is carrying out regular maintenance on the punching machine. After completing an order, you prepare the machine for the production of the next board game or puzzle. Throughout the production process, you keep accurate production and quality records.

Profile of the ideal candidate:

- You have an eye for detail and meet high quality standards.
- Preferably, you have experience with punching or have worked in the graphics sector (this is a big plus).
- You are available for 36 to 40 hours a week and willing to work two shifts.
- You have perseverance, are eager to learn and are a team player.
- A completed technical MBO education is required.
- Do you have experience with punching machines? Absolutely top!

What we offer:

• A gross monthly salary between €2550 and €2700 based on the experience you bring;
