German Customer Support - Home Office

What are you going to do:
You will be working for a company that contributes to the transformation and development of organization and communities globally by offering information technology services and consulting. In the position as German Customer Support, your main responsibilities revolve around managing the communication with the clients. You assist and resolve all client's queries, questions, doubts with the products. On top of that, you also help the team with some basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, file management, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
As German Customer Support, it is very important to have an attentive eye to detail, as you are in charge of compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information, as well as checking and reviewing data. With so many responsibilities, you can imagine that your help is very valuable in the team. However, you will be part of an international team, which will follow you step by step. You will also actively collaborate with different departments to ensure that all systems and processes are efficient and effective.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
- You speak German and English fluently
- You have some experience in customer service
