German customer service employees wanted for Netflix in Amsterdam

Our client is the market leader in the telephone business, elektronic entertainment and IT. They offer flexible solutions for clients on all customer service areas. You will be part of a team that consists of 130.000 talented customer care employees, who represent a few popular brands.

One of these brands is Netflix. Netflix is the world's most biggest online television network with more than 86 million member throughout the world, and with more than 125 million hours on tv shows, films, and series.

As customer service employee, you are service minded and friendly. This vacancy concerns an inbound customer service position, in which you are going to help clients with all kinds of questions about Netflix. During a telephone conversation, you will gather the right information so that you can help the client in every way. Further, you will take part in team meetings and you will be following trainings.

By January 30, we are looking for candidates who are available for 40 hours a week. You will start with a two week training, in which you will learn everything about the products and services of Netflix. The working times are from monday until sunday from 09.00 - 22.00. We are asking for a flexible availability, in the evenings and weekends as well.

  • You have worked in a customer service job before;
