Customer Service For Adidas Glitch Project in Amsterdam

As an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador, you will be the main contact partner for the British customers for adidas GLITCH, Adidas' brand new football soccer boot concept. This shoe is only available through the Adidas app and is individually customized by each customer. The GLITCH app will help you assure our customers and ensure an unforgettable football boot experience.

36 - 40 uur per week
€10,00 per uur

What are you going to do:

  • Help and support our customers by means of the app in the live chat and by e-mail
  • Provide a great customer experience
  • Update the database after each customer contact
  • Handling customer requests in a creative and original way

  • No previous experience is required
