What you do?

As Program Support Officer you are the go-to person for all matters relating to programs and projects within HR. You are the central point around which program managers and project managers revolve to ensure that their programs and projects are run efficiently and effectively. You will be part of the new, exciting and growing People, Program & Planning team. You engage, motivate and encourage others  to collaborate within the HR Roadmap. You are detail-oriented and you focus on accurately documenting and coordinating all aspects within the Program Office.

How you do it:

• You work closely with other Program Support Officers (PSO’s) in all programs to ensure that adherence to governance and standards are maintained;
• You manage and update the Ways of Working (WOW’s) within the Program Office and supply these when needed;
• You update the Program Charter and supply the correct information when necessary;
• You update roadmaps and program planning, dependencies, financial overviews and benefits overviews for the HR programs;
• You ensure that the resourcing overview is updated and is aligned with all project and program managers;
• You collect and consolidate reports and provide them to the right people at the right time;
• You maintain & update the program dashboard and ensure that program and project managers supply the correct information accurately and on time;
• You provide operational support to the Program Office Manager and Stream Leads in all aspects (calendars, meetings, coordination, gate reviews, planning, finances, benefits etc.);
• You assist in the onboarding of new members within the HR programs and projects
• You train new program and project members in the Ways of Working (WOW’s) within programs and projects;
• Your are the first point of contact for all Program Office matters.
