Hi, I am Melina and I work at YoungCapital a company with the mission to help young professionals stepping into their career.

The labor market has exploded in the last months and our IT department is right in the middle of it that's why we need a Product manager ! 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a product manager you will lead and frame discovery efforts together with analysts, engineers and design.

As we all know by now: communication is key! - Therefore you will maintain a close relationship with our key stakeholders across the business. to ensure that our solutions not only work for our customers but also for our business partners.

We are always curious to hear inventive ideas that might offer new solutions and keep investigating together with our candidates, users and customers. New ideas come with awareness of the market, competition and the courage to question.

We believe in our product, and this is the key to our growth. That, and regularly refine with engineering to assess the feasibility of designs and the business needs.

What do you need to know?

We need you to be  passionate  about what you do. Excited to see the impact of the product you and your team worked on. You don't need programming knowledge but a strong  affinity with tech would be great. 

Do you know what they say about bull terriers?- once they bite, they don't let go. We want you to be our bull terrier who doesn't let go of a problem until it's solved. Basically we need someone in our team who is curious and enjoys exploring new solutions.

If you love teamwork and you have the ability to  get people excited with a damn good story  the foundation is laid . Because our teams are very diverse, speaking and writing  fluently in English and Dutch  is a must. The love to  solve complex problems  with an  analytical approach  fuels and motivates you constantly.
