What are you going to do:

Do that sounds like your ideal job? Then we're looking for you! We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic new colleague to our friendly and informal production team.
What will you be doing as an operator in the Eindhoven region? At VDL, we have various production departments. For the department we're currently seeking reinforcement for, we manufacture, among other things, MRI X-ray sheets and bus side panels. You'll be working with our composite products and play a significant role in mixing raw materials. It might sound complex, but we'll explain everything to you!
We process the raw materials using our machines. Sometimes, you'll take a sample that goes to our quality department to ensure our top-notch quality. And if you're interested, you might even help fix minor machine malfunctions. We're big on clean workspaces and machines, so maintaining the cleanliness of the machines is also part of your tasks.
Important to know: You'll be working with glass and carbon fabrics, foam cores, resin mixtures (chemicals), and spray adhesive. Personal protective equipment like safety glasses, gloves, and occasionally respiratory protection are mandatory. Don't worry, VDL Fibertech Industries will provide those along with safety shoes and work attire.
Don't have knowledge and experience with composites yet? No worries! We'll provide internal training, so we're looking forward to receiving your application!
Work Schedule and Days:
You'll be working full-time during office hours. You'll work 40 hours a week and are seeking a long-term position.

What we ask:
- Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
- You are accurate and have an eye for detail;
- You are available fulltime and looking for a long-term job;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You have a residence permit and are allowed to work in The Netherlands;
- You have your own car, as the location is not accessible by public transportation.
